We were referred to this auto shop by a friend but we never expected to be treated as well as we were. Whether it was the pre-sale phone calls we made or the questions we had , we were ALWAYS treated well… like family. Makram ensured our car was held for us while we arranged time to drive from Sudbury to purchase it. When we arrived (later than we expected due to the weather) we were told the car was getting ready for us. When this took longer than expected, Makram covered the cost of our hotel and gave us money for our lunch! We highly recommend 9Auto sales to anyone who wants a superior car buying experience!!!
